  • Titles
  • Descriptions
  • Prices
  • Item specifics
  • Conditions
  • Photos
  • Any other listing information

LazyLister provides listing tools only—we do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing information.

2. eBay Policies & Trademark Compliance

You must comply with all eBay policies, including but not limited to:

  • VeRO Program: Do not use trademarked terms or content without permission
  • Prohibited Items: Only list items permitted by eBay
  • Listing Practices: No keyword spamming, false item conditions, or misleading titles
  • Intellectual Property: Only use content you own or are authorized to use
  • Item Location: List accurate locations for your products

LazyLister bears no responsibility for any violations, penalties, or eBay account actions resulting from non-compliance.

3. Your Responsibilities as a Seller

Before publishing any listings, you must:

  • Verify titles for accuracy and trademark compliance
  • Confirm pricing is correct and intentional
  • Ensure item conditions are truthful
  • Upload accurate photos representing your items
  • Provide complete and honest item descriptions
  • Confirm stock availability
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and eBay rules

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LazyLister, LazyLister.net, LazyLister.com, Lazy AI Solutions and AWC Holdings LLC, its team, and affiliates against:

  • Claims related to your listings or selling activity
  • eBay policy violations
  • Intellectual property claims
  • Customer disputes or complaints
  • Legal costs, fees, or damages stemming from your use of LazyLister

5. Consent to Terms

By using LazyLister's publishing tools, you:

  • Acknowledge and accept these terms
  • Confirm that you've verified all listing content
  • Accept full responsibility for your listings

Consent is valid for 30 days and must be re-confirmed to continue using our publishing features.

6. Account Registration

You must provide accurate account information and safeguard your login credentials. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Subscription & Payment

The Service offers various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits:

  • Free Tier: 5 tokens per month
  • Starter: 50 tokens per month
  • Professional: 200 tokens per month
  • Enterprise: 500 tokens per month

Each AI analysis of a photo consumes 1 token. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may result in suspended access.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, LazyLister does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for damages from outages or data loss.

9. Intellectual Property

Lazy AI Solutions, a DBA under AWC Holdings LLC, owns all proprietary content, features, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content to provide the Service.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Use of LazyLister is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes not related to eBay selling

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for policy violations or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be shared on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
