How to Create eBay Listings in Bulk

Step 1

Enable Bulk Mode

Navigate to the Upload page. At the top of the page, look for the bulk listing controls section.

  1. Click the purple "Enable Bulk Mode" button.
  2. This will activate the bulk processing interface and additional options.
  3. You will see a checkbox for "Auto-group by upload batch" appear.

Pro Tip: Keep "Auto-group by upload batch" checked if you plan to drag and drop photos for one item at a time. This creates a separate group for each drop action.

Step 2

Upload Your Photos

Upload photos for all the items you want to list. You can drag and drop multiple files at once.

  • Drag and drop photos into the upload area.
  • The system automatically converts HEIC/AVIF formats to JPEG.
  • Photos will appear in the grid below as they upload.
Step 3

Group Photos by Item

Before analysis, you need to tell LazyLister which photos belong to which item.

Option A: Group by Upload Batch

If "Auto-group by upload batch" is checked, simply drag and drop photos for Item A, wait for the upload to complete, then drag and drop photos for Item B. The system creates a new group for each separate upload.

Option B: Manual Grouping

1. Select photos belonging to one item by clicking on them.
2. Click the "Create Group" button that appears in the toolbar.
3. Repeat for all your items.

Step 4

Start Bulk Listing

Once all your photos are grouped, you're ready to let the AI do the work.

  1. (Optional) Click "Advanced Options" to set default preferences for this batch (like Condition or Pricing rules).
  2. Click the "Start Bulk Listing" button.
  3. Sit back while LazyLister's AI analyzes each group, identifying the item, writing descriptions, and estimating prices.
Step 5

Review & Post to eBay

After the AI finishes, you'll be taken to the Results Page where you can review all your generated listings.

Edit Listings

Click the Edit button on any listing card to open a quick-edit modal. You can tweak the title, price, or description without leaving the page.

Post to eBay

Select the listings you're happy with (or click "Select All"), then click "Post Selected". Your items will be live on eBay in seconds!

Schedule Listings

Want to space out your listings? Select items and use the "Schedule Selected" feature to post them at a specific time.
